SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide from Montreal, Canada.
Shipping times
1. It takes 5-10 days and 2-8 weeks depending on the outfits for orders to be processed and shipped.

2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped along with tracking information.
You can track your order through our website or directly on the carrier's site.
Shipping rates
1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and varies depending on delivery location.
2. Free shipping on orders above $250 (U.S, Canada)
Stolen or Missing packages
We advise to choose shipping with signature if your delivery address is prone to lost or
stolen packages. This will ensure your package is handed over and signed for.
​RETURN POLICY
We have a 30- day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in its original state, unworn or unused with tags and original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Reinees creations is not responsible for cost of return, loss or damage of item during the return process. To start a return, send an email to info@reineescreations.com If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE
For custom-made orders, there are no returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
